just signed up for postpaid plan. rm30 + rm18(data 100mb)
so he tell me to pay 24/09/11. i say ok.
this morning i wan make call, but suddenly they say my acc cant call anymore coz no bill payed. (21/09/11)
i was wtf, tried call 123 but all the customer service attendant never attend me. another wtf.
the i go maxis centre alamanda putrajaya, ask there. then know what ?
- my usage is not 100mb but less that that bcoz i sign up at 3/09/11 <-- no one tell me when i sign up
- this is wtf i wtf so much. she say that, if i use 10kb or less, they will charge still 10kb (if 1kb that mean 10kb also)
- so i show my log on my phone, she say that mine not accurate?!?!? the hell. bcoz they say they calculate at maxis system not my phone.
no f***ing fellow mention any of above when i sign up.
now my bill is rm 186 but the SMS told me my acc capped at rm100 (see drillz)
dont blame me bcoz over using, bcoz im really stingy person and cheapskate. so there change next to zero i will over use data plan..
