QUOTE(Andy214 @ Sep 21 2011, 08:06 PM) Keep showing this... clearly the photographer doesn't understand the concept and proper way to do. It's not the technique problem, it's the photographer. well technically its both... a bad photographer uses poor techniques

QUOTE(BenSow @ Oct 2 2011, 12:59 PM) My friend said he heard around people saying because of the way Nikon assemble cameras, when you knock them the components inside the camera fall out easier than canon o.o How true is this? if that is true I think most pros would switch cameras more often than they change clothes my friend!

only get what you need. don't buy things just cause its new. most of you wouldn't fully utilize the 36mp sensor anyway

QUOTE(Everdying @ Oct 4 2011, 06:30 PM) the need for high fps has always been there, else bodies wont be constantly increasing in fps, so those specs just go against what has been happening. and then D800 with only 4fps? talk about turning away a fair share of the market if they really do that. D1 5fps. D2h 8fps. D2xs 5fps. D3 9fps, 11fps with grip.D700 8fps with grip. D300 8fps with grip. D7000 6fps. I'm afraid you got that one slightly wrong. the D3 has a built-in battery grip, shoots at 9fps in FX mode and 11fps in DX crop mode. and I don't think Nikon is turning away from the market. rather, they'll try/follow a new one. there's a lot of hype about video functions in DSLRs, and seems like the 5D mark III would be aimed at those who crave for (even) better movie facilities. and so, the D800 will follow. I'm guessing that there will be a new segment for full frame cameras with lower resolutions and more basic video functions. This post has been edited by a.ihsan: Oct 4 2011, 08:13 PM

QUOTE(liowyingzhuo @ Oct 4 2011, 08:28 PM) juz wanna ask.. is fps really that important, to me, i think is not really important about 3-5fps would be good enough for most of us. even the good sports photographers almost never fire at full burst modes, they'd fire short bursts. what matters more to them would be the short shutter lag offered by high-end cameras.

QUOTE(FaezFarhan @ Oct 11 2011, 01:55 PM) I asked a photographer here. How's the D700? He said the colour was normal, no big difference compared to the D90. Only thing was it's full frame. He used a D90 + 70-200 VR1 before, then he swapped to 5D Mark II + 135 f2. He's happy till now coz he said the 5DMKII gives a nice tone to the picture wonder what is not so 'normal' when he uses the 5DmkII.
