yup i know it is different

but just attracted to the macro function~~

good for taking food photo~

but it is 1 stop slower than f1.8~~ blush.gif
*
f1.8 -> f/2.8 = 1 1/3 stop

f/2.8 -> f/4 = 1 stop

f/4-f/5.6 = 1 stop

Total 3 1/3 stop smile.gif

Sorry was pointing if both lens at minimum focus distance,
but then, if you not using 1:1 for all time,

i will get 35G with +4 close up filter biggrin.gif

Uhm... the pic was not cropped... Thing is everytime when i take a pic, I will fit my object into the viewfinder nicely(the way i think) so that I don't have to crop it later. So do I have to crop this pic?
haha! I dint zoom out more because in that pic they were sitting actually. So only shoot half body...
Uhmm.. I had think alot before i bought this lense... thought it would be perfect for full body and half body portrait... Then what lens is good for full body portrait?

Will Nanoncoat make huge different on colour contrast which lesslikely to beĀ  able "processed" by PS? I mean, less natural when it's done on PS to get the Nanocoat's contrast.

Feeling the 17-55 f/2.8 giving me dull colour or perhaps I'm still not good at editing the colours and tones sad.gif

technically term yes la nanocoating do better in color rendering smile.gif
but 17-55 performance is not really far from N lens.
people won't notice unless compare side by side
