inspect the battery usage..
Settings > Applications > Battery use, to check battery usage by app Install alternative app from xda, BetterBatteryStats to check Wakelocks http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1179809 Uninstall apps.. Papago suck battery a lot, my car charger (high output) almost cannot catch up with the battery consuming by Papago Sometimes google maps cannot be force close & it consume battery a lot, usually I'll just reboot my phone I think GSP, data & gaming is the most battery hogs so I think it is normal QUOTE(cybercrew @ Dec 14 2011, 09:17 AM) Got my Nexus S from maxis last month...so far using it..no issues..except the battery..Running on Android Stock v2.3.6 the other was running papago - the phone is overheated after using it for approximately 1 hours.. temperature at 50 Celcius.
