inspect the battery usage..

Settings > Applications > Battery use, to check battery usage by app

Install alternative app from xda, BetterBatteryStats to check Wakelocks
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1179809

Uninstall apps..

Papago suck battery a lot, my car charger (high output) almost cannot catch up with the battery consuming by Papago

Sometimes google maps cannot be force close & it consume battery a lot, usually I'll just reboot my phone

I think GSP, data & gaming is the most battery hogs so I think it is normal

Got my Nexus S from maxis last month...so far using it..no issues..except the battery..Running on Android Stock v2.3.6

the other was running papago - the phone is overheated after using it for approximately 1 hours.. temperature at 50 Celcius.
When i turn it off. it back to normal.
This morning the phone was fully charged - AT 93 %
i was using WAZE application with GPS  and DAta enabled (2G) - Approximately 40 minutes

When i reach my office the battery is at 73 %..

Is it a normal thing or something wrong with my battery?
Pls advice..

Added on December 14, 2011, 10:20 amI'm a moderate mobile internet user, I also subscribed to 500MB plan, averagely using less than 200MB per month, so I cannot youtube or download apps via 3g but I think it's more than enough

i m going to change UM prepaid too when i move to kl  ,

rm28 for 500mb should be enough for me , plus the rates for sms and calling is not that expensive also
