Problem details
First occurence of problem:started from last week. always no internet access (dc any time especially evening and night)
Problem frequency: everyday after 12pm until midnight will disconnect frequently
Problem description: last week i cant even online to check my fb at night and i thought this maybe the unifi under maintance..but this problem keep going for few days and it is very annoying especially playing online games (cabalsea/hon/dragon nestsea) it's make me dc...and sometimes it wont connect back to internet for few hours. But today it's looks better than before...now it wont dc frequently BUT once i log in to my online games...it will automatically dc from the internet! and connect back after some time. i wonder it is unifi problem or my new laptop wireless adapter got problem.
wireless adapter i'm using now is Atheros AR9002WB-1NG Wireless Network Adapter. Driver version 9.0.0.222
i think it's already up to date ...
can someone have the same problem as mine or someone know how to solve this problem plz drop ur comment thx=]

try to connect to your router with using Lan cable.

is that only way i can do >.<"?
coz my router is at downstair and my room is at upstair~
quite inconvenient...=[

this is Inifi Problem.. me got alot of customer complaint to me about this problem..they also always disconnect when thier r doing their job..the solutions is call to Unifi n complaint =)

because you need to check is your usb dongle problem or router problem or line problem, therefore you have to using Lan cable to test it, if Lan is working fine probably your dongle no stable, then you use that dongle to test on other machine.

yea~now im using lan cable to connect the internet and it's working well =]
no more dc and the signal always shown full bar @@" (at downstairs) if at upstairs the signal always shown 1~3 bars only...i think the unifi router suck!

Hey i m facing same problem like u~ even i bought a new wireless adapter the result also same, after it i called TM technician to fix it, he changed new modem to me and go back. After 10mins happens again... Disconnect Frequency (few seconds) and then reconnect after 1mins~ = =cant play online games like this~ keep reconnect

If i change to Lan Cable is that the result as stable as possible?

try ping ur router to check response time, that easier then lan cable ...
