actually.. port mapping.. so both the LAN and WAN can access via the same url

currently if access from WAN, mydomain.hopon.net:8060/myapp works.. but if access from the same LAN as the server (behind the router) mydomain.hopon.net:8060/myapp does not work and it only shows timeout on the browser but can access other internet sites such as yahoo.com but not mydomain.hopon.net:8060/myapp

I got the RB751U-2HnD just to whet my curiosity.
Managed to get it connected to internet but i noticed by speedtest dl is on 5-9mbps and ul is 14mbps.
Issue is i have UniFi 20.
Can someone share with me their backup file so I can learn from it.

i follow the klseet setting minus the vlan600 coz its on BIZ line

however.. wireless speed i did't notice the rate.. i onli tested on wire speed and its ~95% of the subscribed speed

Sorry, I read but just don't understand it. I'll follow whatever you said. One more question. I'm going to setup a vlan trunking. There is already an existing bridge-local that bridge ether2-master to wlan1 interfaces. If I create a vlan.500-trunk with ether5-slave port. Can I just add vlan.500-trunk to the existing bridge-local so that it can bridge to ether2-master as well or I need to create a new bridge for connecting vlan.500-trunk to ether2-master. I'm following klseet.com instruction on vlan trunking which originated from you as well. Thanks.

normally if you sign up for a biz account, you'll get 2 ip

111.111.111.45
111.111.111.46

.45 ip will sit on the router they provide, then you can put .46 on any machine you want, and point the gateway of the .46 machine to .45

basically i want .45 to sit on mikrotik, and .46 on a machine of my choice.

i managed to configure .45 to sit on mikrotik, but have no idea how to get it to route .46 for me to a machine of my choice. i can only connect computers to it and have them fetch a private ip and get nat masq-ed to the internet via .45

in this case what should i set as the LAN IP of mikrotik? .45?

so .45 will sit on both WAN and LAN?

Any mikrotik product with support for VOIP...??? Maybe can replace Maxis' s Thomson router...
