Cannot Install Apps, On IPad

Hi guys, need your help (hope this is the right place).
All of a sudden, I cannot install apps. I clicked the app on appstore, the icon appears briefly on the screen, then it disappears. Started yesterday. I have re-booted a few times but still the same. And I have enough space for the app. Anyone got any ideas? |

Happens once or twice to me as well, could be the App store is having some connectivity issues maybe?
