I am going to move into my new house in Puchong real soon here.

The job description:

+ Extension of space (kitchen) of 18' x 10' with one door (at the side, since this is corner lot) and a pair of windows
+ Tiling of the space of 18' x 10'
+ Tiling of the new space's wall perimeter (since this is going to be kitchen). Height of 5'. roughly 50' x 5'.
+ Hacking of existing wall (originally this is the kitchen's wall and door). Roughly around 6'.
+ Pulling the electrical line to the new space. 4 points altogether.
+ Plumbing works to pull the water pipe to the new space.
+ Ceiling works to cover the new space.
