One day a young man came to the shoe store and bought a pair of shoes. This pair of shoes cost RM15, selling price is RM21.
The young man took out RM50 to buy these shoes.
But the Shoe store did not have small change, and then the shoe store take the RM50 to his neighbor store to exchange, and return RM29 to young people.
But the neighbor store was later found that RM50 is counterfeit, the shoe store person is desperate, and return RM50 to the neighbor store.
The question now is: how much the shoe store actually lost in this transaction?

Took the fake RM50 change for a real RM50. Gave back to the guy RM29.
50-29-15(cost) = 6 profit
Pay back another 50 to his neighbour. 50-6 = rm44 loss

50 - 29 = 21, he still has 21 bucks gave away 50 bucks , lost -29
-29 + shoe cost = -44

it cant be 94 because during money exchange, he would've received RM50 from neighbour so he basically gave back that RM50

getting rm 50 from neighbor and giving it back = 0 net flow...
giving rm 29 as change and losing the shoe in the process = -29 + -15
total net loss = -44
