Backlane grill, Approval needed for MPPJ?

I tell you a real story. My friend housing area have a strong community, and they decide to build the gate like you plan for few row of houses. Few month later a small truck came and cut all the grills and take it. When the neighbor ask, the contractor say from MPPJ, but the neighbor did not ask them to show document.
End up all take away. Till now they not sure if this is really from MPPJ or someone come over and steal it. |
