Still very episodic. The tone imo is slightly more serious than Fourze, but then again, I miss the time where there are random bystanders dying every episodes XD

Kuuga scared me as a kid. The 2nd episode with the Bat grongi.

And then I recall, the scariest kamen rider episode to me is the very first kamen rider series, second episode as well, with the Bat Kaijin, making ppl bleeding on their face. Mindf***ed me as a kid

Finally we've got one nice episode:

- Koyomi is so adorable~

- Hmm..the dragon stone comes from the Wiseman? Can the White Wizard = Wiseman? Split personality? Hmm....

- Finally, a Phantom of two weeks that are quite interesting, and plays out the usual formula a bit different

Splitting the sea into two was pretty cool, but overall Water Dragon's debut was pretty meh....except Flame Dragon, Wizard so far doesn't really need to go into his Dragon style

A lot of them seem assholes at first too
