Fan-services it seems. The article in the magazine only says it's part of 40 anniversary. Not much details why they appeared. Expected more details in the next month.

Also the riders in Fourze series are urban legends, they exist anywhere in JEPANG1!

Yeah, like what AZ said, they are urban legends in Fourze's world...and this myth does exist!

but since those riders are urban legends, they should have appeared as cameo for few episodes to help Fourze..

What if Nadeshiko is another 'Tackle'...? Gentaro's tragic first love.

Anyway, Elec State actually looks good here, the lightning pattern on his face now reminds me of a tattoo. And the posing with the rod which is bamboo stick liked, wowzer. I changed mah mind... - the 'gold' part is science since gold is a good heat reflector and a better electricity conductor.

Elec State looks more serious and not comical like the usual rocket white suit...hahaha

Miharu Minato (Atsuhi Arai), a mysterious boy who have a core medals of Shark (head), Whale (body) and Wolfish (legs) to transformed into Kamen Rider Poseidon. The question is who gives him the core medals and the driver?!
