It's primarily going to be Decade vs. Gokaiger, but other characters will also appear, including 40 Riders (up through and including Fourze) and 200 Rangers (up through and including Gobusters).

Confirmed cast includes:

The director is confirmed to be Osamu Kaneda.

Producer Shirakura says, "In the year after the anniversary we're not going to power down but cross it.... We want to show things you can't see in the regular shows. This was pretty close to impossible but I'd like to make it the norm for our spring films. Rider is science, sentai is magic."

Next spring, the tentatively titled Super Hero Taisen (Super Hero War) film will assemble about 200 heroes — from every team in the live-action special-effects Super Sentai franchise — and about 40 Kamen Riders from the four-decade-long Kamen Rider franchise. This will be the first time that so many Super Sentai members and so many Kamen Riders have co-starred in the same film. Director Osamu Kaneda will begin shooting the film in late December, and Toei will release the film during the Golden Week holidays next year.

There have been about 200 Super Sentai heroes from the original 1975-1977 Himitsu Sentai Goranger to next year's Tokumei Sentai Gobusters. (The various Super Sentai projects are the source material for the Power Rangers franchise internationally.) Likewise, there have been about 40 Kamen Riders from the first Kamen Rider series in 1971 to the ongoing Kamen Rider Fourze series.

This past summer, the Gokaiger Goseiger Super Sentai 199-Hero Daikessen (pictured above) united all 199 Super Sentai heroes to date. Similarly, April's OOO Den-O All Riders: Let's Go Kamen Riders (pictured left) united all the Kamen Riders to date with other live-action heroes.

Is Kamen Rider Decade a hero or villain? It's very confusing. I never watched Kamen Rider before until last month, I went to my baby cousin's house and found him watching kamen rider decade so I joined him and thought kamen rider decade was good and borrowed from my aunt.

There are only 4 Horoscope Zodiarts out of 12 now? Why do I get the feeling that we won't get to see all of them. Few of them will not make appearances, or maybe just movie exclusives

Fourze’s Magnet Switches are divided into two separate Switches. The moment he inserts the two Switches, Fourze is able to access the Magnet States and utilize the Switches full power. By combining the two Magnet Switches, Fourze can use them a phone called NS MagPhone.

In terms of raw power, Magnet State is Fourze’s strongest form. He is  equipped with two cannons, N Magnet Cannon and S Magnet Cannon, on his shoulder. With these cannons, Fourze is almost like a walking fortress.

Fourze can also combine his two cannons into the “Rider Super Electromagnetic Bomber”, it’s controlled by using the Magnet Switches as a joystick.

By utilizing the Meteor Driver, Ryuusei Sakuta can transform into Kamen Rider Meteor. Ryuusei is played by the actor, Ryo Yoshizawa, he plays a mysterious transfer student that keeps everything to himself. No one in the Kamen Rider Club knows that he’s Kamen Rider Meteor. His identity as Meteor is even kept as a secret from Gentaro. Meteor can use three special attacks by activating them from his Meteor Galaxy by pulling his levers of a planet. When he pulls the Saturn Lever, he activates the attack “Saturn Sorcery.” His other two levers activates the attacks, Jupiter Hammer and Mars Breaker.

Just like Fourze, Meteor uses the power of Astro Switches to power himself up. By using his Meteor Switch, he can access his three finishing moves. Starlight Shower, a high speed punch attack, Meteor Tornado, a kick that rotates in high speed and Meteor Strike, a strong and powerful kick. Just like any other Astro Switch, the Meteor Switch also contains Cosmic Energy. Meteor can also use Fourze’s Switches. When Meteor uses the Elek Switch, Meteor is filled with electric powers.

Kamen Rider Meteor is a member of the “Anti-Zodiarts Union”, he is given support from the satellite “M-Bus” and a mysterious being called Tachibana. He started fighting against Zodiarts in order to save his best friend and he’s willing to cooperate with Fourze in the battle against the Zodiarts.

Tachibana is a mysterious being living in the satellite, M-Bus. It is unknown whether he is a robot or a man behind a mask. He works as a support for Meteor. The M-Bus holds the energy necessary for Meteor to transform. If Ryuusei is not exposed to this energy, he is not able to transform.
