I have good SPM result and have good health condition.

Can you guys tell me how to work on sea? (Deck Department)

I know if study DNS at SMA and graduate with flying colour will have higher chances of work. But I heard some people work on ship straight away as an ordinary seaman.

1. DNS, how do you apply for a sponsorship? Is there any interview? Where is the interview? Will I be able to work once I graduate?

2. OS, how to become an OS? From what I know is you must have Basic Training, Security Awareness, TFA, Seaman Card & Book, Medical Report. How high is the working opportunity?

Rather than saying which is better, but please elaborate those Pros & Cons.

This year I'm 20 years old. Been studied at SEGi (E&E course) but got kicked due to unable to pay tuition fees and too late to apply PTPTN. Can you guys imagine, I'm on my 4th semester with CGPA 3.1 but still they kicked without helping me.

I think I will start as an OS. Just to experience work at sea before I investing my time and money on DNS.

I've done some research about how to become an OS, but I still confuse thou because some said do this first but others said do that first.

Right now they ask me to take Basic Training (BT) and Security Awareness Training (SAT). What about Tanker Familirization (TFA)? Do I have to take it?

About seaman card and book, after I took those training in regconized by JBA institution, can I apply for seaman card and book? Of course I must do a medical checkup on JBA approved clinic.

If I have done all of the above, do I have all the requirement to work as an OS?

Which is better? Send resume to company or find an agent to find it for me? My friend said to be aware of a scammer who pose as an agent. I saw an online website 'Crewell' which is a crewing agencies, can I trust that website?

I'm from Sibu Sarawak, so if any of you guys have recommendation for me to fullfill the above requirement, it would be really helpful.

Its not that I like to ask lot of question but we have to do research about the jib before we do the job.
