Hello guys/gurlz,

First, forgive me if I should not make a new thread.
Search already, but hopefully by dedicating a new thread will give some fresh new answer.

I've just bought a house which is still under construction. I want to know which additional electrical work might be better to build while the house in still under construction.
I'm afraid applying certain electrical work only after completion of house will cause unnecessary difficulty.
Below is the list of additional electrical work by developer which is optional;

Since budget is limited, can anybody help me compile the list into 3 group depending on which is more crucial to have?
The term use on this form is quite confusing for me, might be I'm not really understand it.

p/s: I'm planning to put both fan and aircond.

Thank you for anyone who give their opinion.

i think first you need to list out what you plan to have for each of your room and compare how many the existing one have and how many you need to add...

the most common would be fan hook+sw , aircond point, additional power socket, water heater/shower if none is provided, aircond piping(conceal) if you want to look nice...

the other.. telephone (unifi) layout will be different

Thank you for comment.

I'm planning to have all aircond and fan on all 3 room on the first floor.
Also aircond and fan for living room. Might has 2Hp for living room while 1 HP each on each room. That cover item 13-15.

From your post, the important item are item no 4, 6, 7 and 8.
I'm look onto the item more carefully now.

I have thought that the price is more expensive than cloudwan0 thread;

http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2031656

but this price is quote direct from the developer for the house which is still under construction. I believe I can't negotiate the price unlike contractor price.

That is why I'm planning to choose only to install item that give a real impact to have it installed during construction rather than after the house is fully complete.

The rest like the 'door bell point wiring', I might just hired other contractor to install it.

home safety alarm wiring is not on the list right?

hehe,
since its already included in the house price aka 'free' as the developer mention it.
Good to know that someone support it too, as I might neglect it if its optional.
