Let's choose our tea. They has a lot of types of tea to choose from. I wish to try them all one day.


Orange Meringue, English Tea Toast Almond Cookies, Old-Fashion English Scone, Old-English Butter Cake and Victorian Tea Sandwich. Outlook: 5/5 Creativity: 5/5 Taste: 4/5 Price: N/A Overall: 4/5 - Deliciously speechless. The bread for the sandwiches itself is not a normal plain bread that I usually had. This one is with tasty crunchy sunflower seed with it. Even their jam is specially made which it is available for sale separately.


Victorian Isabella Tea.

I do not have to rate this because it is absolutely fragrance and aromatically captivating.


Victorian Rebecca Tea

Another excellent tea which brings out a slight minty flavor in it.


Left is Cookies & Cream which I still prefer the one from Haagen Dazs. While on the right is their Old-Fashioned Raisin. I like this one the most because tasted like Rum & Raisin and better than Haagen Dazs at some point.

Here comes our afternoon set tea.

Overall: 3/5 - Actually we should have choose Macadamia Cheesecake. I thought she is going to choose that and she thought I will choose that for myself too. LoL. Ended up a BIG misunderstanding. Anyway, the Tiramisu is not bad too but not the best we had so far.


On the 2nd layer we have Scones, Rosemary & Cheese Cookies, Strawberry Chocolate Dip and Handroll Chocolate Truffle. The cookies is so-so and the scones is not hot enough like I used to have at The Smokehouse Restaurant and Victoria Rossa. While for others are pretty delicious and for chocolate lovers will certainly love it.


Assorted Sandwiches and Duck Confit are placed on the bottom tray. Very deliciously done and I love all of them.

Anywhere with a lot traditional pastries or baked goods? Mostly it's just scones

Georgian Tea Blend is serving piping hot. Each person has one small pot like this with refillable hot water at no cost. Since it is filled with loose tea leaves, a filter like this is required. By the way. only one type of tea is served here and other option is given. Anyway, Georgian Tea Blend is a perfect tea for our afternoon.


You can customize your tea to your liking with cream and sugar. You can opt for coffee or a hot chocolate if you're not a tea or coffee drinker.


Here is the afternoon set @RM120.00 for 2 pax. If you have 3 persons like what we have on that day, just add another RM60 for another set like this or order any drinks you like in their menu and share this set for 3 pax. Otherwise, you can opt for the same Georgian Tea Blend for RM20.00.


This is what you see in their second their with their assorted cakes. All are simply delicious. The chocolate fudge cake is not bad at all. I thought it could be very sweet but surprisingly they are just very well done.


Salmon Sandwiches, Egg Mayonnaise Sandwiches and Beef Sandwiches. All are goody! Sometimes they have Roast Turkey Sandwiches which is not available on that day.


Here comes their scones. Very small scones but well baked in golden color with raisins in it.


Mix them with their fresh and delicious blueberry jams, strawberry jams and Devonshire cream which are available for sales too. I like the cream the most. I wish to eat it just like that.


After that is self-taken pictures session. A norm in our culture which we enjoy it to blend together with our high class high tea session.

A tourist is playing the British Royal Family game which is known as croquet.


In case you do not know how to play, here are the rules.


Teh Sabah which is available and serve in most areas in Sabah. When we request them to add hot water, they charged us an additional RM3.00++. That's super ridiculous. I wonder how they got the reward.

Overall 3/5 - Pretty disappointing. I will narrow down my review as below.


Fruits and normal brownies which I have mentioned earlier on that their desserts really very very bad. I wonder who is the bakery chef.


Sandwich is much better but the sandwich which I am focusing in this picture is called cucumber sandwich. That's really a cheapo type of sandwich to be displayed here.


Scones! Their scones are the biggest I have ever eaten for now. So my expectation is very high but somehow it taste really bad. Usually a good scone will give you a fluffy, soft and full of butter fragrance. But this one is no one near that. The scones stuck in every gap in my teeth and very hard to swallow. I almost choke.

Extra Comments: I am very disappointed with their high tea set but that is not all. I find that their service is get even worse than before. We reached there and we requested for an air-conditioned room because that day was freaking hot! The waitress just simply point to the direction of a room. When we went in, the air-con in the room was not on and the waitress earlier on is not there to usher us in. We were so pissed with the service when we were felt like invisible there.

Overall: 3/5 - Taste very refreshing and calming. It is a good flower tea to have during the afternoon. Refilling hot water is free and even after refill the taste is still strong.

This is their 3-tier Tea Set. Yes, you might find the odd one which is they do not serve scones. Pretty sad to see my favorite scones are not available here. No wonder it is so cheap in a 5 stars hotel.


The Banana Cake accompany with the Devonshire Cream and Raspberry Jam is just not match at all. I rather eat the cream only.


Not really attractive cakes and a rather normal cookies displayed on the 2nd tier.


I love the bottom tier the most! Look at them, they are so lovely and cute!


This is the most delicious one among all.
