Print out the Enrolment Form (PDF) and complete it.
Mail the form to us at the address below:

Alternatively, you may fax it to 03-7953 8600, or email to amex.customercare@maybank.com.my or call 24-hour Customer Service at 1800 88 9559 to enrol your bills payment with us.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for your Auto PayBills service to be activated. Meanwhile, continue to settle your bills as usual until your Express AutoPay service is reflected in your American Express card statement.
