I've signed up for TNB autobilling using my AMEX since April 2012. Check with TNB and they say bill not paid for 2 months but the thing is credit card is being charged monthly! Giving me trouble now.. need to check with maybank and TNB again for clarification..... anyone face such problem?

This happend to my friend before, he sign-up auto-billing for his telco bill... untill he been blacklisted by all Telco Service Provider ,
can not apply phone line under his name... until he paid off all the bill mad.gif doh.gif
How do U Sign-up your Auto-billing, by Phone or their online website...?
TNB didn't sent u a Black & White Acknowledgement Letter of your auto-billing...??? blink.gif
All company like Insurance, Telco & others Utilities (Services Provider) MUST sent out Comfirmation to credit card holder on auto-billing matter...
Bring along the your Acknowledgement Letter & Credit Card Statements to make a complain about this...

Now very risky, when u sign-up auto-billing service... hmm.gif

I signed up auto-billing by application form through email to maybank alongside with Digi, TM and Astro. I did receive letter from maybank stating that my auto-billing is active. I don't experience any fault with other utility except for TNB. My next visit to TNB will be with all the supporting documents... Wonder if its maybank mistake or TNB?  mad.gif

separate info: the way TNB come out with the billing is a BIG PAIN in the arse! 1 month Estimated 1 month Normal then sum up both month and voila the pricing hit highest tier @ RM0.454 per unit. Last time average per month 400-500 but now with this system i'm being charged average 700 per month.  rclxub.gif

still using auto-biiling (TNB), I prefer pay my bill manually... go to post office
Btw, I think now many people (I one of them) complain about Increasement of TNB electric bill, because of They had exchange our Old Meter to
the New Digital so our bill also increased lah.... doh.gif

OT: this is due mainly to the old meter is inaccurate, hence giving lower readings.

In my case, after TNB change to new meter last year, no changes to billing also. Average +/- RM5 around there.

Means my old-meter is accurate, ~20 years old.

Mine one was $40 more than last bill .. TNB have change my Old Meter to New Digital one last month... blink.gif
