hi thread admins, please add Eclipse (www.eclipse.com.my) to the list of retailers that accept AMEX if its not yet there.

was at their 1U and MidValley outlets yesterday shopping gifts - personal experience. thanks for putting up this list, very helpful reference

hi thread mods, u can add SSM HQ (KL Sentral) as one of the govt agencies that accepts MBB AMEX cards. used mine on 1 Dec to pay ROB fees. they dont indicate that very clearly at their premises though. but stroke of luck that i saw them in time.

only have 2 stickers that display that there - one at their info counter where u get the ROB/ROC forms and another one at the payment/registration processing counter on the far left (there are 3 payment/registration processing counters there, cant remember which no. is the one that displays the AMEX sticker tho).

the guy at the counter there was sorta reluctant to accept payment from my AMEX tho, kept asking for cash until i insisted i didnt carry enough cash that time and i only had my AMEX with me. no choice la, he had to accept. just too bad SSM HQ doesnt open on Saturdays, or else can get a further 5% rebate

Pls add these places that accept AMEX :
-uMobile @1Utama (only accepted at the counter)
-True Fitness & Digi - can be used for autodebit
-Strawberrynet.com (accepts in RM, so no loss of transaction charges/exchange rates, but apparently they only process payments on weekdays, or maybe i was unlucky that maybank system delayed recording it)
