For the DiGi Centre in Times Square KL, the kiosk machine FINALLY accepts AMEX biggrin.gif

It does accept Amex... There won't be any logo saying Amex but when you enter the details, transaction should be able to proceed~ without problem...

Finally? My brother bought Samsung S2 last year and I paid for it using AMEX.

On my 3rd Groupon transaction with AMEX it says "Payment Declined" blush.gif blink.gif cry.gif icon_question.gif

Declined should be something wrong with ur account already.. If dont accept should not get this.

Does anyone remember my post about Maxis Money aka M-Money?? Not sure whether i posted in this thread or not though...

You can actually cash-in at Senheng or HSL or other place using Amex, but got 0.5% fee (min RM0.50 fee)..

And then u can cash-out at Maxis Centre for free...


Logically, lets say for RM500 cash-in - 0.5% you will get RM497.50 into your M-Money account.
Lets not even take the 5% weekend rebate into consideration, even for normal days 5x TP would be equivalent to 2.5% rebate..
So you have actually earned 2% by doing this.


Although some ppl (or blogger) said they were actually got charged when they cash out at Maxis Centre but i still not sure coz i havent done it b4...

I've got confirmation from iPay88 that AMEX transactions is limited to 2 transactions every 24 hours. I belive this applies to the same merchant.
The problem is not with Maybank....

In my case Groupon,
Performed 2 transactions 5pm and 9pm = successful
Performed 2 transactions on 11:30pm = failed
Performed 2 transactions on 10:00am = failed
