Anyone from Penang knows whether MPPP accepts Amex at their counter? Also, what about Pejabat Tanah Daerah counters? I got taxes to pay.

Cosmetics & Designer Fragrances store at Johor Premium Outlet, Kulaijaya does not accept AMEX.
Braun Buffel and Fossil at JPO accepts AMEX. |

Wonderpets, Sibu Sarawak accept AmEx. Just a small petshop. I noticed that it uses an MBB CC terminal, so I gave my AmEx a shot. Surprisingly it went through

One few selected Old Town accepts CC. Majority of them doesn't.
Those accepted CC are forced by the mall management itself. |
