studio R in midvalley accepts amex

argghh...for the past 2 days, i've been shopping with gf and lost out rm10 rebate coz it's not weekends...
nevertheless i swipe amex becoz of the 5x treatpoints. my ocbc only give me 1%

Me too. I lost RM 20... sad.gif
I was shopping for CNY clothes, I have already posted up there. Mainly in Jusco S2 and D&D but too bad Nicole doesn't accept AmEx...

You could have "timed" your purchase on weekend to minimise "loss"

I'm trying to confirm my Amex card with Paypal but got the following error:

Any idea what's the reason for it? The card is a Maybank2card, supplementary.

usually i will timed it, but unfortunately this week cannot since me and my gf is on a week long leave and we need to use up vouchers that we bought from those deal site before expiry at several places.

it's a bit absurd if we go again on weekends just for the sake of rebate. the petrol/parking used for sure will exceed it. somemore those item are like those that dump out and sell. dun think it will still be there if we go there again on weekends.

can't do much on that sad.gif

yea, just call the maybank cs, the number printed at the back of the card, you can choose to allow it for 1 day or 1 weeks, for paypal transaction via AMEX..just done it not too long ago..

Don't forget AMEX charges Forex rates much higher than other VISA/MasterCard...

Thanks, you are right. Need to call them before making any transaction. A bit troublesome though, but good for security purposes.

Ah Man Tyre Centre at Belakong accept AMEX. Min RM 100 above but my total bill was rm80++ still can use this card to paid.
