I called MBB and they said the 5% rebate is based on transaction date and not posting date

Transaction date is the date we make the purchase. If you bought the laptop on weekends, means the transaction is on weekends. Eligible for 5% cash back

do anyone do the booking at agoda maybank and get discount? how they give you back the discount? just now, i just book a hotel from agoda maybank but i pay lum sum without any discount? why?
