Like I said, add +1 before dialling any number in the US. In this case, you should just key in +18002758777 and that should be fine. It is 11:23pm eastern time in the US right now, so that might be why you could not reach the number.

add +1 for mobile phone, for landline 011 (phone number)

that's a toll free number in US. You can't call direct to their toll free number from Msia

Do have they any non-toll free number for overseas call ? Maybe 275-8777 ? Just insert the country and area code in front of that and call again
