Agree! Not that jam as Cheras area as well. Dont understand how the developer set the price.

MRT station is within short walking distance of You City. If you look at rumoured MRT2 route plan, very likely Phoenix will be the interchange station of MRT1 and MRT2 and Phoenix station is just one station away from You City. Also Suke highway will have an interchange at Phoenix. I think You City is a good bet.  smile.gif

I noticed that, which mean developer is selling future value. Hopefully MRT construction goes smoothly. Otherwise, that place/location is extremely jam (i know it is normal for a 'wong' place). I just went there few weeks back, it consume quite some time for me to reach my destination.

So u r saying, if the MRT goes smoothly.... Ur value of 700 psf is justifiable?  rclxms.gif  rclxms.gif

I better start going to temple break coconut for it.... biggrin.gif

Haha. Im not the one saying RM700psf. Just share some of my opinion. Those places with MRT in future, developer is selling sky price. MRT is a selling point for them. No choice doh.gif

This project without MRT is worthless as the only access in just like a puzzle!!

Anyway, if you are not goin to be the MRT user. U have to rethink to buy this project...

I personally just don't like this place although I'm staying here now...

Malaysia is currently lack of this, not much people willing to take public transport ---> traffic jam due to 'one ppl one car on road'. Hopefully MRT helps a lot. icon_rolleyes.gif

Where is the exact location of Jalan Cheras and how it connected to MRT leisure mall station? I tot that side don't have any empty land? (If not mistaken).
