Phoenix plaza sits at a very bad location and fengshui, have failed, and will fail again...youcity the name sounds so childlish and chinaman, location also messy i wont invest myself

Rm630k for 1062 sf, in middle of .cheras and next to wet market and big longkang, all be coz of the LRT or MRT? Omg
