I'm thinking of buy 1 unit at you vista, the current price is RM721,000 for 1,106 sq ft, before 7% discount. is this expensive? or should I wait for the phase 3? any one know that phase 3 got any residential unit or purely commercial unit?

do any one know how much the expect rental once it VP at June2016? by the time, MRT still not commence yet, you walk and you festival still under construction, can you vista have a good rental yield? I expect 100sq ft unit only can rent at RM1,500-1,800.
at least have to wait till july 2017 when the mrt commence, then the rental yield will be ok. |
