I am interested in getting a unit at you vista, but seems like the link bridge to future development is gone. Is it still walkable to future mrt station under the surrounding condition?

Do you know how is the connection from You Vista to Atria mall? Seems like need to walk through a road shared by the mall and residents nearby
Would be nice if got sheltered walkway to Atria mall

The unit for sale or rent of you residence is exceptionally high, too many investors there. Those without strong holding power resorted to renting without filtering tenant profile.. Hopefully you vista don't follow suit.. May I know currently has roughly how many ph rented at you residence?

Developer today sent out vp letter already

No more bridge from you vista to you city phase 3 & developer changed the plan of building mall to shop lots in phase 3. I also suspect that there is no more direct bridge connection from mrt station to phase 3 as I don't see any provision for link bridge connection at Taman Suntex MRT station.

You city is a big development consists of you residences, you vista & you place (unconfirmed name for phase 3).

You residences is quite far from taman suntex mrt station, you vista is still within walkable distance (around 200m) while phase 3 is exactly beside the mrt station so it is definitely walkable.

It is not legally blinded, it boils down to the integrity of developer.

Funny that the taman suntex mrt platform is centre island but was shown as side platform for the "convenience" of link bridge to connect to it.
