I don't think so. A lot of people who stay further away but use MRT to commute to work (KLCC, Bukit Bintang, Pasar Seni, TRX) will move there if price is right.

One of their agent offer me 550k for 3r2b .. quite expensive for me in cheras area. still in consider.
