Its not midvalley, the mall at youcity is only 150k net leasable area thereabouts. Its half the size of kl gateway, was nvr meant to compete with midvalley.

You are probably an optimist. I stay around that area. There is no way that YouCity can ever compete with Mid Valley within next 5 years.

Even klgateway that's Extremely well connected to the LRT is suffering. Occupancy is falling by the day n is probably 30% occupied. Good luck thinking this mall will make it.
