The Airbnb you provided - guess owner spends quite a bit in designing the unit. With RM170, and calendar availability, it seems that she cant get RM1700 each month ler.

If airbnb can get 1700 only, better just rent out normally monthly only. why waste the effort.

Even tho this is a duplex but in reality, it's considered as a 1 bedroom unit.. very hard to rent at RM$1700/month for a 1 bedroom unit at this location

Bath3 is a bit under utilized becoz users have to pass thru yard first. Not sure if the bathroom is frequently used.
Instead, if the layout designer can think of doing a "dual style" earlier, the utility room and the yard can be reduced to make space allocation for the dual...

Yes.. Visited their display unit allocated a bed for maid a few years back...
From an investment perspective, wonder nowadays, how many tenants will have a maid staying, unless expat...

No idea. Will lose the depo if you are not able to settle the remaining balance within 90/120 days.

Or best is to check with subsale agent whether got successful sale and bank is still giving out loan without problem.
