350k up is consider affordable for young working adults already, especially most of them are looking for new completed buildings with decent facilities etc..

I guess this should be the last phase for You City, D.O. submitted on 13th June 2017 and currently under process.

yes it is the final phase, hope OSK will at least manage some of the retail lots rather than sell off everything...

or else resident will have walking distance to massage parlour, cyber cafe etc.. sweat.gif

I believe those information are not publish officially by OSK.

OSK did mentioned that Atria mall Cheras is going to be part of You City.
Currently selling project @ PJ Sec 13 "Ryan & Miho" suppose to have a 200,000 sqft mall too.. (obviously cancelled)

Maybe they have painful experience in managing their 1st mall, Atria Damansara.

Since MRT SBK line begin operation, anyone is staying in YouCity and take MRT to work?

I'm very impressed with the MRT, many malls along the route, very comfortable train & station.

You Vista sub-sales average transaction at RM 578 psf, only 10 unit transacted in 12 months.

bank got value, but no secondary market demand.. cheap cheap rent out, see who cannot tahan first then go auction.

now 3rd phase, planning from shopping mall become retail lot... you know i know la, no eyes see..
