They should have a soho block since there should be some demand for soho due to the distance to MRT station n future mall...add some variety n test the market for soho here

Doubt demand for office at such high psf price will be high at this location even with the MRT, not no demand but not high to warrant one or two towers of high rise office

The 3 malls being so close to each other may pose strong competition...those established chain brands may only chose 1 to set up their outlets n have stronger bargaining power on rental rates with the mall owners....
