You'll lose everything once you format your sdcard., either internal sdcard or external memory card is the same. Format will erase everything

Depends on the rom. If you got ocdaemon script or setcpu it will use it. If not then only use kernel default which is usually 200 - 1200 ondemand.

Change your cpu governor using daemon controller.

Instead of going through all the hassle of using 1 program to change the governer and another to control the clock speed, why now use Tegrak? it has everything and even can undervolt and control GPU speeds

u noe, compatibility is an issue for tegrak.

I see, not an issue for me as I am still on stock ROM...........and enjoying awesome battery life with light use even when overclocked to 1.5GHz

its bcoz of ninphetamine kernal, go settings>wireless>usb utilities, there u set it to mass storage.

i want to load the Touch X-Power ROM. i read out all the instructions but got some questions:

1) I'm running on Cognition S2 Kernel:Ninphetamine-2.1.3. do i need to change this value before i load the X-power rom?

HOW TO GUIDE, IF CHANGING KERNEL located in \system\etc\init.d\s98undervolt & maybe another... check all with name undervolt in them....

If you are changing kernel to another, first check how many Mhz states it has.

YOU MUST change theese values BEFORE flashing new kernel, otherwise it will lockup all the time

Can ask simple question regarding GPS. New user here. Jus got my phone one week ago.

I have read on Tread 6 that Uncle Benny mention Sygic Aura. When i search in the market, there is Sygic GPS Navigation. Is this the same?

To use GPS, i need to download map and save to external SD card? Current i don't have any SD card. Means i can't use GPS navigation?

Is function same or similar to Garmin. I used my friend's garmin before so not sure if this phone work the same.

1- Yes , its the same as Sygic GPS Navigation

2- No , GPS maps wil be saved in your internal sd card only . Saving it on the external will prevent it from working

3- The menu is different from Garmin , more Papago like but basically , its almost the same for all GPS

Set to auto for better coverage. If you set to 3G only, in area where there is no 3G coverage, you phone will not register to the network.

Set to GSM only if you wanted to save the battery.
