ya weii guys..I didn't bother the pink dot cuz I thought mine wasn't affect, didn't notice its existence when taking pics.

But just now i tried taking a blank A4 paper. Got the pink part on the center wohh...cham lohhh.

the only way I do now..is use my fingers press on the phone speaker when taking pics..at least it can lower down the volume >.<

What if I randomly take some shots during lunch time later, outside of office? I'd love to try out a mini experiment. No other setting(s) required, right? Just point and shoot? I'm rolling out later.

should be ok, as long as the lighting condition is not that good and its on sunlight not on fluorescent light. only sunlight will give u the beautiful pinky spot

I see people are bringing up the camera pink spot issue again.
To share some information I've done a survey on the users here back in thread V10.

The verdict is that every SGS2 to date has the problem under the right condition (low to medium light, most obvious on white background or object) just the matter you can see it or not. Honestly if you see the anandtech review picture sample and you can't spot the pink tint, your eyes have some serious problem or you have a weak eyes. As you can see those claim they do not have the pink spot are unable/not willing to prove it with a picture sample.

Some say their problem is solved by upgrading firmware, this is unsure, for me until today I still have the pink spot issue even after upgrading firmware (KH3). I'll try 2.3.5 in a few days. Maybe camera firmware upgrade will make a difference but I can never upgrade my camera firmware, still stuck on OMEF01, maybe it is the latest version in our area. If you look at shopper86 sample obviously the picture is taken in a well lit room (see the shadow).

Anyway, the pink spot problem doesn't really affect much in daily usage of the camera. So far only about 10% of the pictures I've taken are crippled by the stupid pink spot, others are fine.

OK..I'll just list down my phone stuffs. Please let me know if there's something i shall update or change or whatever. Cuz i'm new to android.
