Wipe what after flash? dalvik cache? Or you mean wipe system before flash?

Don't wipe system before flashing SP1. SP1 is not a rom just an update to the main rom. Afterwards your whole rom gone leh.

I still don't get you. Normal Procedure
1) Wipe system using CWM
2) Flash X-Power
3) Reboot
4) Flash SP1
5) Wipe dalvik cache
6) Reboot.
7) Change permission
8) Reboot

Yeah touch power is not a wipe rom. But i think it should be cos its KG5.

Right now i am using the OC daemon from the rom but u can use setcpu also. I am using OnDemand. It gives me the smoothness I need for my UI.

Papago should not open itself. Did you use it and not exit properly? Papago need to exit from the app. Cannot use back button.

Check your app. Could be one of the app causing it. Have you undervolt it? Over undervolt will cause such.

The one that come with sp1? Easy way, please delete your s98undervolt in init.d and restart.

Edit also use daemon controller and change your governor to on demand 500mhz to 1200mhz for awake.

Try and report back, I suspect the UV setting put by smaberg is too low. I use my own setting and have had no problem. Without this script your device is not undervolted. I recommend you use setcpu if u want to UV. Its easier and less chances of screwing things up especially if you like to try different kernels.

The oc daemon script will set it at 500 - 1200 smartassV2 when awake. That's smaberg setting. I am using ondemand.

Whatever you do, DO NOT use ondemandX. It is buggy and can cause your device to freeze.

For me its not so important. If you got lots of app running in background maybe. But for me i got nothing much running so when screen is off it will enter deep sleep mode. So whatever governor you use wont make a big difference.

VR is like Debian nix. Rock stable and generally boring. Avoid if you need excitement.

But, BECAUSE it's rock stable, it's a good starting point for your own mods and tweaks.
