Not sure what is the changes but i think samsung updated KI1 - KI4 around the world to prevent the use of the usb jig. So i think changes would be minor as i suspect their intention is to cover their own back.

You can try. After flashing back to your original kernel using CWM app, root should stay but CWM bye bye.

Did you flash JKay V10 theme? Open Jkay app and look for toggle not to hide the clock.

Siyah kernel is not undervolted unless you added it. Try no OC or UC just normal 500 - 1200mhz and remove any UV.

Cook rom still can use jig mah. When you need to send for warranty just use jig, clear counter, flash to KI2 then counter only show 1. Just say you update rom loh.

Anyway, Uncle Benny says samsung don't really check on the counter at the moment. Plus there is a second counter to check on the first counter. Samsung really kiasu.

Untick start at boot for the voltage. Reboot see if it increases back. If not reboot again.

Yes but by default it is not undervolted unless u use setcpu/script to undervolt. You got the correct voltage or not? If not I restart device to get for you.

What rom and kernel are you using. Use cpuspy to see if 1200mhz is being used. And how are you changing governors and setting cpu speed? Setcpu?

Quadrant does not mean much. I do not play riptide so no comment there. Batista never use before. Ninpo cpu scaling works fine for me but i have also stop using it.

Normally, cpu governor is controlled by the kernel. Try a different kernel and see.

CWM backup everything in the phone NOT internal sd and NOT external sd. Which means all rom files, settings, contacts, messages, apps on phone, apps data on phone etc.
