I ordered a stuff from Lowyat 3 days ago but the package should arrive yesterday,i was in the house for the whole time but today when i check the track and trace,it said (3.55 PM 14 September "Unable to deliver the item due to Addressee not around at time of delivery")..WTF The whole time i was in the house,waiting on the front door for my package yesterday..so what should i do?..should i go to pos office and claim my parcel manually?

If PosLaju left a delivery slip, call up and ask which branch to collect and check the working hours.
If no delivery, just call the general line to ask.

If you can't wait for re-delivery, then go pickup manually.
If can wait, ask them to re-deliver 2nd time.

how to pick up manually?

If u got the note. Just give them the note + your IC

if no note then just give them the tracking number + IC

if u have the notice slip there should tell wheres your parcel is keep.

if not call them. u can ask for 2nd delivery btw.

this happen to me before. wait all the long but no delivery. check system, said i not at home. what the..!! the next morning i go poslaju office before they make delivery (usually they go out around 11am). told the person at counter to collect parcel. he ask me the tacking number, then he check and said i not at home during the delivery. lol! then i reply, i said i at home it just no delivery. after i wait for a moment for them to take my parcel out, then i need to give IC for them to check if im the right person. after i gave them my autograph i took the parcel and go home. =)

If your house is high rise, for sure you will only get the slip.
