Sometimes Im having a hard time to login to PSN account.Anyone having this problem?

Question about sharing PSN account.I share US PSN account with my friend.For example I bought infamous 2.Both of us already activate the game (means both of us already download the game) but after a while I want to delete the game to make space on my PS3 console.But if later can I re-download the game back?

I kept disconnect from PSN sometimes and sometimes Im having a hard to to login.I didnt think its my internet connection because as soon as Im having a hard to to connect to PSN, I straightaway use the browser on ps3 and it works fine.Can someone help me?
