Speaking of wifi signal, is it bulletproof against those evil devices that hack and steal others' password and wifi signal even though it is password-protected?
*
Nothing is bullet-proof.There's a will, there's a a way.Try to use WPA password encryption instead of WEP.WEP is not secured seriously.Heard of Wifi hack?

IMHO,WPA can be hack too if u have proper knowledge.

Having Unifi doesnt mean u wont get connection problem.High download/upload speed doesnt mean u got good ping.My 4mbps can reach 400 kbps for download but never got good ping for online games.I got like 80-100 ms ping which is bad and disconnects me a lot.

my console got frozen, is it a symptom of YLOD? i just got my console back at July... the scene got frozen, the BGM still going on, but it won't respond no matter what buttons i clicked... i wasn't playing any high graphic game...
*
That happened to me few weeks back when I was playing Uncharted 3.I believe it shouldnt be YLOD symptoms since there's no red/light blinking.I concluded that it is because I were playing the console continuously without stopping for 5-6 hours..mayb the console overheat, overloaded or wateva.I let it rest for a day and continue playing for the rest of the week.So far so good biggrin.gif And I hope the console can last at least the arrival of PS4 tongue.gif

Oh shit oh shit...I didnt touch my PS3 for few months and when I play a game today..I heard some loud disc reading sound which it doesnt have previously! shocking.gif shocking.gif It was the old model which I bought June last year >.<

EDIT:OMG!It's getting worst.Everytime when there's graphic scene loading or saving game,I can hear the sound and the orange light keep blinking. It feels like my hard disk is having problem. Finally,it hangs up juz now with black screen on TV with no lights on the PS3(usually when the console is running there will be orange light blinking) except the power light. Then I have to force switch off the power supply (cant switch off the console through the power button since there's no response) and restart the console. After that it says that the hard disk is corrupted and hav to be restored.Wat should I do guys?I didnt use the PS3 much and yet it broke down on me cry.gif cry.gif Can it be fix by changing the hard disk?

EDIT 2:It happens again.Screen on TV hang up and no orange blinking light on the console >.<

Hi All,

I am new to PS3 & planning to buy PS3 320GB White this week, understand that Singapore set is more cheaper RM 100 compare to Malaysia set. Should i get Singapore set or Malaysia set ? is that any different when you register Playstation Network ? Warranty ?

Thanks guy !

update to latest firmware boss .. if not you wont able to play latest games + access Playstation Network that required latest firmware

1. the warranty start after you registered it via online
2. during online registration you just select " get as a gift " , so when you gonna claim the warranty , official receipt are not needed .. but basically sony malaysia wont ask for it cause the SERIAL NUMBER already in their system

the service centre at The Curve Mutiara Damansara , here are the address :

188 1st Floor The Curve Shopping Centre No. 6 Jalan PJU 7/3 Mutiara Damansara 47800 Selangor, Malaysia

Hmmm, wat if u register after u've bought it for 3 months? The warranty only starts tat time?
