i hv questions here.. i hv a malaysian ps3 set and wan to upgrade d OFW .. which OFW regions should i use for the upgrade ? currently my OFW is 3.66 thanks ..

any region oso can upgrade but wat is the diff between ofw US, JPN, ASIA .. coz my friends say if the ps3 set is malaysia then must use the (asia ofw) if not it could be damage to the console if use other region to upgrade malaysia ps3 console .. correct me if i'm wrong ..

ic ..ok since there're no diff for each OFW ..so nw i can upgrade the OFW using any of the 3 diff regions on my ps3 malaysia set i think i'll try to use US OFW to update my ps3 malaysia set .. sori, i'm still leaning newbie on ps3 console and thank for d infor bro.. cheer!

oh.. no la bro hehe .. helping my cousin to ask coz he bought the ps3 from his friends so previously his friends played those game and those files that cant remove away and got 1 demo game inside but he dowan to remove the demo game .. so he ask me can format onot but the demo game must remain so i not that sure can onot ...

icic.. but can those files backup on the external hard drive .. coz my cousin don't hv psn acc yet and the demo game no other way around to save the file b4 format it.. can the demo game files save in to hdd ?

ic.. u mean everything can save into external hard disc but only the demo game cannot been save once format the game will format as well too and no other ways could save up d game .. am i rite bro..?

hi, guys does anyone know why i turn on the ps3 at the xmb menu suddenly black out few sec then pop back the screen again .. i hv checked the hdmi cable isn't loose or watsoever and the display setting i change to hdmi out put ady but still the same .. why like that .. ?? thx

bro i hv try the 2nd option is still same and for the 1 option i only got 1 hdmi cable ... it could be wat cause like that normally ? or i juz need to buy another hdmi cable .. sori man im not that pro on ps3 tech ..

hi chipun if the hdmi no faulty then properly is the hdmi output that wat u mean ..? ya, i check b4 cheap hdmi and expensive hdmi actually they're no diff juz the diff is the packaging make it more expensive ..
