Remote Deactivating All Consoles using PC web browser

1. Sign in using your PSN account (atm US PSN ID account, other regions not available yet)

2. Click on the Account tab

3. On the left, select Media & Devices

4. On the four options that show up, click on GAME

5. Deactivate All

6. You are about to deactivate ALL DEVICES on your account for game media.

This action can be performed only once every 6 months.   

To play games that were previously downloaded, you will need to activate a device from the [Account Management] menu on the device.

   Are you sure you want to continue?

Select YES

That's all you can do at the moment until Sony allows us to deactivate each system.

where can I find USB cable controller that is longer than original cable? Because when I charged the controller I can't play game bcos my console is nearby to the tv. Thank you.

my ps3's hdd has some issues and i was wondering is alright for me to take the hdd alone to the service center instead of lugging the whole ps3 together. Its still under warranty.

Just got my PS3 system yesterday. When run a game, the screen flickering for few second to adjust the games to 720p to my tv. Is this normal? Never encounter such things before in my Xbox.

after download some game,(INFAMOUS 2, KILLZONE 3, ASSASSIN CREED-BROTHERHOOD) when play the game, there were no sound when the character is speaking.what could be the problem?

my console got frozen, is it a symptom of YLOD? i just got my console back at July... the scene got frozen, the BGM still going on, but it won't respond no matter what buttons i clicked... i wasn't playing any high graphic game...

btw guys how to set the static ip address in a DMZ in my router?i mean is it same as setting a stat ip for pc?(i have stat ip/port forward for pc ).the faq links are broken and the us psn forums removed that thread.anywhere else i can find a guide?

EDIT:ive done the stat ip, and dmz.every thing looks ok.btw do you guys leave the upnp on or disable it??also do you guys do port forwarding?

Hey guys, is this the best time to buy PS3?

I've a question regarding sony ds3.
the normal model no. is CECHZC2H correct? what if it's CECHZC2H  with a small A1 behind it. is this original? i need to reconfirm this before purchasing this.

and also the normal voltage i see behind original DS3 is  DC 3.7V 300mA. This unit i see is DC 5V 500mA.

Finally bought myself a PS3
I asked the Sony Center few days ago and they said they have splash blue but today went to buy they said sold out... get a standard charcoal black.
Anyway, I was trying to sign up PSN account but I keep getting this "server timed out", I'm on WLAN and internet connection test is successful, I can surf internet fine... is it PSN server problem or what?

im new to the ps3 and my cd just crack when i insert into the ps3. does this always happen ?

Alright just came back to find something very wrong with myPS3's inputs. ive been away for about 10 months and my PS3 has been used by my younger brother.

I cant seem to get any video or audio feed from the PS3, i get a slight *whirring* sound when i turn the machine on. Ive tried HDMI/AVI/ HDMI to DVI cables on the 2 TV's and my PC.

I can only conclude that either my PS3 has a problem or the cables im using have a problem.

Anyone has experience this before have any insight? if no where would one go for a reliable repair for the PS 3?

I just bought a HDMI to Display Port wire hoping to hook my PS3 to my Dell monitor. No display. If I use a HDMI to DVI adapter and a DVI wire to the monitor, it works. Anyone knows why the first connection didn't work?

Guys anyone have this prob where PS3 can't read disc?

i keep gting 8001000B error code when i open my PS3 n when i try to redo the internet connection setting it just stuck in xmb loading n loading.......wat should i do ??? 

also when i try to change d internet connection enable or disable it also stuck in XMB n loading nothing come out

The latest 320GB PS3 is of CECH-3000 series while 160GB is of CECH-2500 series.
There are some minor hardware difference between two models. However, there is CECH-2500 series 320GB PS3 also.

Edit: It seems that there is 160GB PS3 from CECH-3000 series but I can't confirm it.
