Hi TS, my desires to study engineering in japan is always there. But the financial is a problem for me as I don't come from a well family. I will be graduating this April '14 (hopefully), and I've learned japanese language (4/5 JLPT) for one semester but still not enough for me to sit for Japanese Proficiency test. With my current cgpa 3.10, could you recommend me some universities that offer E&E engineering and Language school (low cost and accredited by both country)? I acknowledged that Japanese Gov did offers some scholarships for Int Student, but do I have to apply while I'm still in Malaysia or when I'm in Japan? or the best possible loan that I could have.
Thank you in advance and would love if you could reply me asap.
PS: Is it compulsory to enroll into language school even if you have passed the Japanese Proficiency test?
Eddited: Currently diploma in electronic engineering, looking forward to pursue degree in engineering in Japan. (UTM)
