Hey there guys, just wanted to share some information regarding rent/prices here since i've been living in Osaka since April of this year!

On average, I use about 100,000 yen per month for rent, food, electricity, etc. (My rent is 30,000 since I live in a dorm, but it would probably be around 50,000 if I lived in a 1LD Apartment). If you're really careful with your money though, you can save around 20,000 to 30,000 yen and pay 80,000 yen for that month. Expect the price to be around 150,000 in Tokyo though, since it is the capital city.

Actually, i'm pretty sure that 30,000 is on the lower end regarding prices if we're talking about Osaka haha!
