Anyone interested to get interior design and renovation services?

I am getting one and can get much better pricing if there's a bulk. The guy previously did my condo, good price and workmanship. I shopped around quite a bit and settled on this guy.

We can arrange a meeting, bring the floor plan etc, then can get a quotation together.

We should also start the RA for the entire BSC, I'm definitely in coz we can never be too safe right?

I should think stuff like auto gate, alarm system, etc, can be done as well.

On the RA, how do you guys think we can proceed? I don't have experience but won't mind spending time and working together.

Hey bro, I can't really recall right now, need to dig up the quotations again from my parents' home.

But the price varies, depending on the materials, size, finishing (laminating etc), all customed to fit nicely.

I dah PM, will be planning to see him soon, mid-June onwards. We can all go then he will follow up individually according to our needs.

Hello, sorry for not getting back to a few guys here on the renovation work (bulk).

The ID and contractor I use, they aren't able to commit to an attractive discount package. I think business must be too good these days for them.

If anyone has lubang for bulk purchase (ID and contractor), you can include me in it as well.

The original purchaser should have already applied and paid. You need to transfer to your name now. Need to bring SPA copy, IC and dunno how much in the stamp duty d for the transfer.
