hi, I am considering to own a house at BSC, went to the show house yesterday. From the google map, the nearest school is SK Saujana Utama, its about 9km from BSC. Any other school nearby? And also from the master plan, KLK does include a lot for school, any news on that?

Had been considered between Hill Park Meranti/Cherry 3/Olive and BSC Ixora and after some surveyed and comparison, I had make a decision to go with the Ixora. Meranti/Cherry3/Olive got very attractive package, got discount and cash back some more and much cheaper. However location more deep inside and built up area for the house is smaller. And if u take the price of the Hillpark house after discount and divide it to the built up area of the house, u will find price per sq feet for Hillpark is much expensive compare to Ixora.  I also feel that Ixora fit and finish have more quality

Ixora 22x75 - 574k, 2,281sqft
