Today I 'm officially being the proud owner of the last unit available for Banyan unit (according to Henry). Does anyone of you have paid the MOT fees? |

I also received a letter for payment of Water (Syabas) and TNB deposits...

I already taken my key last week.
Did some checking on my Banyan unit. Complaints of door knob on the store already loose, bad paint (touch up not very smooth) on master and at staircase wall. Was given assurance that within 1 month the complaints will be resolve. |
