hi guys.. I've been reading this thread quite some time. seems that BSC is quite a nice place to stay. however, I would like some further infos from sifus around here.

1. what is the status of areca now? is it sold out already?
2. i am working around klcc area. do you think it's worth for me to buy here? and what are the best route for me to go to work?
