The hillpark there is leasehold....KLK properties all are freehold.

Dear all the investor owner buyer,

The property price at klk bsc is really worth and value to own or under market value. Especially it is freehold landed property.


Ecoworld soon will development the land they bought over there. But the land is leasehold and sure will price up the area property over there.
