QUOTE(seneador @ Feb 28 2013, 09:00 PM) What if the land is reserved by KLK big boss for his future mansion, with the straight direct connecting private road! I saw someone advertised for that piece of land for sale in iproperty if i'm not mistaken. Hopefully KLK will pickup and acquire it rather than letting it go to other parties which may spoil the neighbourhood.

QUOTE(azizulmj @ Jan 2 2014, 04:02 PM) Nope, according to my last hop to KLK office to sign up my Syabas & TNB forms on the last mid-Nov, I've been informed that the VP maybe in end of this month @ early Feb, & those whom apply BPP loan maybe a lil' bit late for their VP (due to crosschecking & tallying the progress payment(s) done). After their last progress payment claim letter on mid-Dec, there's no update since then. Hehehee..I've got to know my future neighbours.. 1. alligator_28 2. azizulmj Anyone here Arecan pls ?? Hi, I'm Arecan. 2A/5. See u soon. This post has been edited by IbanezXiphos: Jan 8 2014, 05:52 PM

QUOTE(Chanelist @ Feb 14 2014, 08:27 PM) Do you guys install the water pump? i'm in the middle deciding buying of water pump! Well, looks like I may have to install water pump. Collected keys for my Areca today. Workmanship is good for my unit save for a few hairline cracks that are not structural in nature (hopefully). Tested the water pressure. Only the bathroom in master bedroom has unsatisfactorily low water pressure. Tested the plugs, 1 was not working. Annoyed with the TNB wiring installation. The house (to me) looks ugly with the black cable and huge meter in front. Was told that it can't be covered to meet TNB requirement. The porch is not as per my expectation, as I thought it can fit 2 cars easily.Looks like have to renovate a bit. All in all, it's ok. This post has been edited by IbanezXiphos: Feb 15 2014, 07:41 PM
